On the same day as the inspection we received a detailed 126 page report, plus summary – impressively detailed with lots of photos documenting issues. Travis recognised major structural defects, with the house, that the vendors own building report had missed. This saved us huge disappointment and costs if we had unknowingly proceeded with the purchase. I will definitely be using them again in our search.

Travis was awesome – really thorough, and took the time to talk me through what urgent plumbing work needed doing in layperson’s terms that I could understand. I was able to forward his report to the owners, who have used this to get the plumbing work completed before settlement date.
