I’m currently living in Australia and recently ordered a property report with CPRNZ. The website functionality is excellent, making the process very simple. Communication was first class and CPRNZ organised everything with the selling agent. I have ordered multiple property reports in Australia but this was by far the most comprehensive report I have ever seen. The report was completed very quickly, was 200 pages in length and contained over 860 photos. The inclusion of several short videos took this report to another level. On the same day as the inspection we received a detailed 126 page report, plus summary – impressively detailed with lots of photos documenting issues. Travis recognised major structural defects, with the house, that the vendors own building report had missed.
